At It's A Bite UK LTD, we understand that getting your bait and tackle supplies quickly is important. We work hard to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
- We aim to dispatch the majority of orders using a 48-hour delivery service.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, new product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
UK Delivery
We primarily use trusted UK courier services and aim for delivery within 48 hours of dispatch.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Remote areas of the UK, including parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands, may experience longer delivery times.
Frozen and Fresh Products
Certain products, including freezer baits and prepared particles, may require specific packaging and shipping methods to maintain product quality. These items will be clearly identified where applicable.
We recommend that customers arrange to receive these deliveries promptly upon arrival.
Shipping Costs
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Addresses

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of any damaged goods may be required to assist with our investigation and any replacement or refund process.
Lost Parcels
A parcel will generally be considered lost once the courier's investigation process has been completed. If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
